基于现场试验的东周窑煤矿巷道新型支护方案研究

摘  要:在高水平应力作用下,东周窑煤矿巷道围岩变形大、顶板破碎和底板隆起等灾害频发,导致巷道支护困难。结合试验工作面巷道的原始支护方案评价结果,提出了H-G(空心注浆)锚索+高强度锚杆+W型钢带+金属网+喷射混凝土的新型支护方案,并进行了现场应用。通过现场实测分析,巷道采用新型支护方案后巷道的稳定性明显提高,巷道保持完好,顶板、底板和巷道煤侧无明显变形。验证了运用H-G锚索、高强度锚杆、W型钢带、金属网和喷射混凝土新型支护方案可以有效控制巷道的围岩变形。Under the action of high level stress,disasters such as large deformation of the surrounding rock of roadway,and frequently occurring of roof broken and floor heave in the roadway of Dongzhouyao coal mine,which leads to difficulties in roadway support.Combined with the evaluation results of the original support scheme of the roadway in the test face,a new type of support scheme of H-G(hollow grouting)anchor cable+high-strength anchor rods+W-type steel belt+metal mesh+shotcrete was proposed and applied in site.Through on-site measurement and analysis,the stability of the roadway is obviously improved after the roadway adopting the new type of support scheme,the roadway is kept intact,and there is no obvious deformation of the roof,floor and coal side of the roadway.It is verified that the new support program of H-G anchor cable,high-strength anchor rods,W-shaped steel belt,metal mesh and shotcrete can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
