摘 要:针对输煤系统中大功率带式输送机驱动方式选型问题,以某正在实施的输煤系统为研究实例,介绍了永磁同步变频电机的选型计算方法;针对近年来建设方比较关注的更换永磁同步直驱方式费效比问题,全面分析了更换传统异步变频驱动方式为永磁同步直驱方式对系统的可能影响;比较研究了本输煤系统实例应用传统异步变频驱动方式、永磁同步变频分体机方式和永磁同步变频一体机方式的初期投资成本差异;计算得出了50%负载、75%负载和额定负载下永磁同步变频直驱方式相对于传统异步变频驱动方式的节能效果;详述了永磁同步变频直驱方式相对于传统异步变频驱动方式的后期维护成本差异,并计算了本输煤系统实例2种永磁同步直驱方案的投资回收期;最后,给出了相应研究结论。Aiming at the problem of driving mode selection of high power belt conveyor in coal transport system,taking a coal transport system as an example,the selection calculation method of permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor(PMSM)is introduced.The possible effects of changing the traditional asynchronous variable frequency drive mode to permanent magnet synchronous direct drive mode on the system are analyzed.The initial investment cost difference of traditional asynchronous variable frequency drive,permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency split machine and permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency integrated machine are compared and studied.The energy-saving effect of permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive compared with traditional asynchronous variable frequency drive under 50%load,75%load and rated load is calculated.The later maintenance cost difference between PMSM direct drive mode and traditional asynchronous variable frequency drive mode is described,and the payback period of the two PMSM direct drive schemes in this coal transport system is calculated.
