摘 要:煤矿智能化发展是煤炭行业绿色高质量发展的必然趋势,三维地质建模及其可视化技术在煤炭行业的应用具有极其重要的意义。通过建立矿体三维可视化模型有助于直观掌握矿体赋存状态,准确获得矿体资源储量信息,总结了现有矿山软件三维地质模型的理论基础、三维地质模型的建立、三维模型的构建、三维建模过程理论基础。以宁夏宁南煤田王洼矿区银洞沟井田为研究对象,以各期勘查成果、地质工程数据为基础,分别利用Surpac和3DMine这2类不同三维建模软件进行三维地质建模并估算井田可采煤层资源储量。3DMine建模方法估算的资源量与勘查报告更接近,分析估算误差存在的可能性,为建模软件利用钻孔数据库以及勘探线剖面数据绘制煤层的顶底板轮廓线,最后通过三角网,对煤层的顶底板进行连接,形成煤层的实体模型,且煤层的边缘边界处理较难,因此形成误差。Intelligent development of coal mine is an inevitable trend of green and high-quality development of coal industry,and the application of 3D geological modeling and its visualization technology in coal industry is of great significance,which helps to intuitively grasp the state of the ore body,and accurately obtain the information of the ore body’s resource reserves through the establishment of the three-dimensional visualization model of the ore body.We summarize the theoretical basis of existing mine software three-dimensional geological model,the establishment of three-dimensional geological model,the construction of three-dimensional model,and three-dimensional modeling process theoretical basis.Taking Yindonggou fhaft field of Wangwa Mining Area in Ningnan Coalfield of Ningxia as the research object,based on the results of various phases of exploration,and geological engineering data,the two different 3D modeling software of Surpac and 3Dmine are used to carry out 3D geological modeling and estimation of the resource reserves of recoverable coal seams in the shaft field,and the estimated resources of the 3DMine modeling method are closer to the exploration report.The possibility of the existence of the estimation error is for the modeling software to use the drilling database and the exploration line profile data to draw the roof and floor contour lines of the coal seam.Finally,through the triangular mesh,the roof and floor of the coal seam are connected to form the solid model of the coal seam,and it is difficult to deal with the boundary of the edge of the coal seam,so forming errors.
