摘 要:岩石巷道是指在岩石地层中开挖的通道或隧道,主要用于矿山、地下工程、隧道建设等领域。而韩城老矿区生产接续开拓延伸需要大量的岩石巷道,这使得岩巷施工工程量远大于煤巷,成为了制约韩城矿区生产的关键问题。基于此,为实现韩城矿区岩巷快速施工工艺匹配支护的高度优化,深入分析当前韩城矿区岩巷快速施工的项目背景,从设计锚固参数、确定锚杆强度密度、确定锚固长度与粘结长度3方面,提出韩城矿区岩巷快速施工工艺匹配支护优化方案。并以桑树坪煤矿、桑树坪二矿、下峪口煤矿选定巷道(开拓巷道)作为实践案例,验证支护方案实施效果。实践结果表明,本次所提出的岩巷快速施工工艺匹配支护方案,在施工实际应用中,支护材料节约27%~44%、施工速度提高27%~48%。既提升了支护速度,也保证了支护质量,实现矿区岩巷的快速施工,具有较高的实践应用价值。Rock roadway refers to passages or tunnels excavated in rock formations,mainly used in mining,underground engineering,tunnel construction and other fields.The continuous development and extension of production in the old mining area of Hancheng requires a large number of rock tunnels,which makes the construction amount of rock tunnels much larger than coal tunnels,becoming a key problem that restricts the production of Hancheng mining area.In order to achieve highly optimized matching support for rapid construction technology of rock tunnels in Hancheng mining area,we analyze the current project background of rapid construction of rock tunnels in Hancheng mining area.From three aspects of designing anchor parameters,determining anchor strength density and determining anchor length and bonding length,an optimization plan for matching support for rapid construction technology of rock tunnels in Hancheng mining area is proposed.And the selected tunnels(development tunnels)of Sangshuping Mine,Sangshuping Second Mine,and Xiayukou Mine are taken as practical cases to verify the implementation effect of the support plan.The practical results show that the proposed rock roadway rapid construction technology matching support scheme can save 27%~44%of support materials and improve construction speed by 27%~48%in practical construction applications.It not only improves the speed of support,but also ensures the quality of support,achieving rapid construction of rock tunnels in mining areas.
