摘  要:选取地形地貌、工程地质、水文地质、不良地质作用和地质灾害作为一级评价因子,将地貌类型、地面坡度、岩土体性质综合分级、地基土承载力、场地土类型、地下水埋深、地下水腐蚀性、抗震设防烈度、地质灾害易发性等9项指标作为二级评价因子,依据地区经验将岩溶塌陷灾害作为主控因子,以此构建评价指标体系。使用MapGIS空间分析功能,采用评价单元多因子分级加权指数和法,对泰安市中心城区进行工程建设适宜性评价。结果表明:研究区可划分为工程建设适宜区、较适宜区和适宜差区3类,无不适宜区;其中适宜区和较适宜区分布面积广,占中心城区面积的95.61%,适宜性差区分布在旧镇村—南上高村一带的环状区域,仅占中心城区面积的4.39%;泰安中心城区工程建设适宜性总体较好。This paper selects terrain and landforms,engineering geology,hydrogeology,adverse geological processes,and geological disasters as the first level evaluation factors,and nine indicators including landform type,ground slope,comprehensive classification of rock and soil properties,foundation soil bearing capacity,site soil type,groundwater depth,groundwater corrosiveness,seismic fortification intensity,and susceptibility to geological disasters as the second level evaluation factors.Based on regional experience,karst collapse disasters are taken as the main control factors to construct an evaluation index system.Using the spatial analysis function of MapGIS,the suitability evaluation of engineering construction in the central urban area of Tai’an is conducted using the evaluation unit multi factor grading weighted index sum method.The results indicate that the research area can be divided into three categories:suitable area for engineering construction,relatively suitable area,and poorly suitable area,and without unsuitable areas.The suitable and relatively suitable areas are widely distributed,accounting for 95.61%of the central urban area.The areas with poor suitability are distributed in the circular area between Jiuzhen-Nanshanggao,accounting for only 4.39%of the central urban area.The overall suitability of engineering construction in the central urban area of Tai’an is good.
