摘 要:以北京生态涵养区10400 km^(2)表层土壤(0~20 cm)为研究对象,通过原子荧光光谱(AFS)方法测定区内8188件表层土壤样品硒含量。利用相关分析、多元统计分析方法,结合GIS技术,研究不同土壤类型、不同酸碱度、不同土地类型的表层土壤的硒含量背景值。结果表明:北京生态涵养区表层土壤硒含量背景值为0.223 mg·kg^(-1),高于北京全市表层土壤硒含量背景值(0.19 mg·kg^(-1))。区内表层土壤硒含量的分布与成土母质关联较大的土壤具有较好的继承性,粗骨土(0.251 mg·kg^(-1))、采矿用地土壤(0.221 mg·kg^(-1))均呈现出明显的硒富集。表层土壤硒含量在不同酸碱度中分布差异较大,碱性表层土壤硒含量背景值普遍较低(≤0.214 mg·kg^(-1)),中—酸性表层土壤硒含量背景值普遍较高(≥0.242 mg·kg^(-1)),硒含量与土壤酸碱度存在负相关关系。Taking the surface soil(0-20 cm)in the ecological conservation area of Beijing as the research object,a total of 8188 surface soil samples were collected and the content of selenium in these samples was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods of correlation analysis and multivariate statistical analysis and GIS technology were used to study the distribution characteristics of selenium content in the surface soil.Their background values in different soil types,its dependence on soil pH and land type were also explored.The results show that the value of soil selenium content in the surface soil samples is 0.223 mg·kg^(-1),which is higher than the geometric mean of selenium content in Beijing(0.19 mg·kg^(-1)).The distribution of selenium in surface soil shows a good inheritance of parent material.Coarse bone soil(0.251 mg·kg^(-1))and soil in mining land(0.221 mg·kg^(-1))that are closely related to the parent material of the soil show significant selenium enrichment.The distribution of selenium content in surface soil varies greatly at different pH levels.The background value of selenium content in alkaline surface soils is generally lower(≤0.214 mg·kg^(-1)),while in medium to acidic surface soils is generally higher(≥0.242 mg·kg^(-1)),which shows a negative correlation between selenium content and pH value.
