摘  要:传统燃油动力浅钻取样技术存在不符合防火要求、散装汽油管理严格以及噪声污染、废气污染等问题。利用蓄电池作为能源的便携式陆域基岩取样钻机,解决了超低钻压条件下针对不同类型基岩的钻进取样难题,适用于城市地质调查,相关技术可移植于月球、火星等岩石质行星和其他小行星钻探取样探测。将锂离子电池储能技术应用于便携式钻机,解决了山区、林草区等特殊地貌区防火问题,避免了汽油采购与运输难题,减少了噪声及废气污染,实现浅钻调查零碳排,助力绿色勘查发展。TGQ-DD10便携式电动钻机轻便耐用,在“京西南生态涵养区深部构造探测与地质安全保障”项目中完成了1500组(累计进尺1350 m)岩石样品采集,钻进效率较高,样品质量好。Traditional fuel-powered shallow drilling sampling technology faces issues such as non-compliance with fire prevention requirements,inconvenience to obtain bulk gasoline,and creation of noise and exhaust pollution.A portable land-based rock core drilling rig powered by a battery has resolved the challenges of drilling and sampling under ultra-low drilling pressures for different types of bedrock,making it suitable for urban geological surveys.The associated technology can be adapted for drilling and sampling exploration on rocky planets such as the Moon and Mars,as well as other asteroids.The application of lithium-ion battery energy storage technology in portable drills addresses fire prevention issues in special terrain areas such as mountains and grasslands,eliminates the need for gasoline procurement and transportation,and avoids noise and exhaust pollution,achieving zero carbon emissions for shallow drilling surveys and contributing to the development of green exploration.The TGQ-DD10 portable electric drill is lightweight and durable,and has collected 1,500 sets of rock samples in the"Deep Structural Exploration and Geological Safety Assurance in the Southwest Ecological Conservation Area of Beijing"project,with high drilling efficiency and good sample quality.
