摘 要:为了探讨施加外源物质能否缓解植物重金属胁迫,以盐肤木(Rhus chinensis)为试验材料,采用沙培法,施加单种重金属Cd、Mn和Zn胁迫处理,再分别加入不同浓度的外源物质Si、Se和Ca,检测盐肤木幼苗生长情况和生理指标变化。结果表明:适宜浓度的Si、Se和Ca能促进Zn和Mn胁迫下盐肤木幼苗的生长,增加Cd、Zn胁迫下总叶绿素含量及Zn、Mn胁迫下可溶性糖或可溶性蛋白含量,提高Cd和Zn处理下幼苗叶片中CAT活性及Mn处理下POD活性;中低浓度的Ca能显著提升Cd胁迫下的根冠比。综上所述,适当浓度的外源物质Si、Se和Ca能够缓解重金属对盐肤木的毒害作用,促进幼苗生长。This study aims to investigate the effects of applying exogenous substances on the heavy metal stress of plants.Rhus chinensis seedlings were cultivated in sand,which was applied with Cd,Mn,and Zn and then supplemented with different concentrations of exogenous substances including Si,Se,and Ca,respectively.The growth and physiological indicators of R.chinensis seedlings were measured.The results indicated that appropriate concentrations of Si,Se,and Ca promoted the growth of R.chinensis seedlings under Zn and Mn stress,increased the content of total chlorophyll under Cd and Zn stress and the content of soluble sugar or soluble protein under Zn and Mn stress,and enhanced the catalase activity in the leaves under Cd and Zn stress and the peroxidase activity under Mn stress.Low and medium concentrations of Ca increased the root-shoot ratio under Cd stress.In summary,appropriate concentrations of Si,Se,and Ca alleviated the toxicity of heavy metals and accelerated the growth of R.chinensis seedlings.
