摘  要:柑橘黄龙病是柑橘产业中最具毁灭性的病害,通过田间小区试验,评估了叶面喷施和灌根施用聚六亚甲基胍盐酸(PHMG)、2,2-二溴-3-次氮基丙酰胺(DBNPA)、0.2%抑菌性可溶性多糖(NK)和枯草芽孢杆菌M23菌株对柑橘黄龙病的防治效果。结果表明:在黄龙病初侵染时,使用PHMG或DBNPA进行叶面喷施处理可有效抑制其病情的发展;在黄龙病侵染后期,使用DBNPA、NK或M23灌根处理可有效降低感病植株的病情级别,并减少柑橘叶片内亚洲韧皮部杆菌(CLas)的浓度。研究结果为柑橘黄龙病的田间防控提供了可供选择的新药剂。Citrus Huanglongbing is the most devastating disease in the citrus industry.In this study,a field plot experiment was conducted to evaluate the control effects of leaf spraying and root irrigation with polyhexamethylene guanidine(PHMG),2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide(DBNPA),0.2%bacteriostatic soluble polysaccharide(NK),and Bacillus subtilis M23 on citrus Huanglongbing.The results show that leaf spraying with PHMG or DBNPA can effectively inhibit the development of the disease during the early stage of Huanglongbing.At the later stage of Huanglongbing,root irrigation treatments with DBNPA,NK,or M23 are effective in reducing the disease level of susceptible plants and the concentration of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus(CLas)in citrus leaves.The results provide a new drug for field control of citrus Huanglongbing.
