摘　　要：东北全面振兴是实现中国式现代化的重要支撑。由于体制机制和产业结构问题导致东北市场机制发育相对缓慢,经济发展速度与其他地区相比相对落后。进一步全面深化改革,是推进中国式现代化的根本动力,也是推动东北全面振兴取得新突破的必要举措。应抓住融入全国统一大市场的机遇,构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制;要塑造有利于新质生产力发展的政策环境,以培育和发展新质生产力推进东北产业升级;要推动东北地区全方位开放,通过高水平对外开放打造开放型经济体制;要加快建设市场化、法治化、国际化的营商环境,以高水平的营商环境推进东北全面振兴取得新突破。The comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China is a crucial support for achieving Chinese modernization.Due to systemic and structural issues,the development of market mechanisms in Northeast China has been relatively slow,leading to a slower pace of economic development compared to other regions.Further deepening of reforms is the fundamental driving force for advancing Chinese modernization and a necessary measure to achieve breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.It is essential to seize the opportunity to integrate into the national unified market and build a high-level socialist market economy.It is necessary to create a policy environment conducive to the development of new productive forces,promote the upgrading of industries in Northeast China by cultivating and developing new quality productive forces.Comprehensive openness in Northeast China should be promoted,and an open economic system should be established through high-level openness to the outside world.Efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of a market-oriented,law-based,and internationalized business environment,facilitating new breakthroughs in the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.
