摘  要:印刷电路板(PCB)Rogowski线圈适用于大功率压接型IGBT器件的电流测量,是器件结温测量与失效状态监测的重要手段。结合PCB Rogowski线圈本体的阻抗特性和外部测量环境,进行了电流传感器的积分环节的优化设化,以达到最优的信号质量和最小的干扰噪声。研究了积分器电路阻容参数对传感器输出特性的影响,并结合传感器的高频稳定性、增益和带宽的测量需求,确定了传感器阻容参数的最优取值范围。设计出一款可测量压接型IGBT器件内芯片电流的监测装置,在压接型IGBT动态测试电路平台上测量芯片的脉冲电流,并与商用传感器的测量结果进行对比,验证了该传感器良好的高频感知精度,其可用于压接型IGBT器件内部芯片的电流测量。Printed circuit board(PCB)Rogowski coils are applicable to current measurement of high-power press-pack IGBT devices,and it is an important approach for device junction temperature measurement and failure condition monitoring.The integration link of current sensor was optimally designed in combination with impedance characteristics of the PCB Rogowski coil and external measurement environment to achieve the best signal quality and the least interfering noise.The influences of integrator circuit resistance and capacitance parameters on the output characteristics of the sensor were studied,and the optimal value range of the resistance and capacitance parameters of the sensor was determined in combination with the high-frequency stability,gain and bandwidth measurement requirements of the sensor.A monitoring device was designed to measure the chip current for the press-pack IGBT device.The pulse current of the chip was measured on the press-pack IGBT dynamic test circuit platform,and the measurement results were compared with those of the commercial sensor,verifying the good high-frequency sensing accuracy of the sensor,which can be applied to the current measurement of the chips in the press-pack IGBT device.
