摘 要:当高速铁路网络受到非正常事件影响时,列车晚点呈现网络化传播的效应,对枢纽站的列车运行秩序造成严重影响。车站作业计划调整不仅需要疏解轨道电路区段占用冲突,还需要疏解联锁表内的其他作业冲突,如特定场景下禁止办理同方向同时发接列车。这类冲突作业不依托于同一设备、但在同一时刻被不同列车办理。因此,考虑到既有方法在疏解这类冲突的局限性,基于网络流理论,提出一种基于行车资源时空状态的建模方法。该方法将线路等设备抽象为行车资源,以列车占用行车资源刻画线路占用。同时,沿用行车资源的表达方法,引入“逻辑资源”,赋予其新的含义,用于刻画非线路占用冲突但无法同时进行的作业规则。构建了以最小化总列车出站偏离时分和总列车变更计划到发线占用惩罚值为目标的优化模型,对列车到发时刻、到发线运用和到发作业进路选择进行一体化优化。进而基于ε约束的求解算法,求解双目标帕累托前沿,为高铁列车调度员提供多准则决策。最后,以南京南站京沪场为算例验证所提出的方法,结果显示,相较于不考虑逻辑资源的调整方案,考虑逻辑资源的建模方法可以实现无法同时办理的作业要求。以上研究结果在一定程度上为列车运行调整提供了理论依据和技术支撑。When the high-speed railway(HSR)network is affected by abnormal events,train delays exhibit a networked propagation effect,causing serious disruptions to train orders in hub stations.Train rescheduling in a station does not only need to eliminate track occupation conflicts,but also need to eliminate other train conflicts in the interlocking table.For example,it is not allowed for trains running in the same direction to depart from and arrive at a station at the same time under special operational scenarios.This kind of train operations does not occupy the same infrastructure,but are performed by different trains at the same time.Hence,considering the insufficiency of the existing methods,this paper proposed a space-time resource-based modelling method based on the network flow theory,which abstracted the track infrastructure as resources and depicts track occupation by resource occupation.Meanwhile,following the method of resources,“logical resource”was introduced with a new concept to prevent some train operations that were performed simultaneously but have no spatial conflicts.A mathematical model that jointly optimize train timetable,train routes and station tracks was built,with the two objectives of minimizing total train departure deviations and the number of changed siding tracks.An epsilonconstraint solution method was introduced to obtain Pareto frontier,which helped train dispatchers with multiple decision-making.Finally,the proposed methods were validated by Nanjing South HSR station.A case study shows that the logical resource-based modelling method can effectively express the technological requirements for train operations that cannot occur simultaneously.These findings can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the train rescheduling problem to some extent.
