摘  要:在城轨系统逐渐实现区域互联的背景下,为了研究故障期间不同支援供电方式的应急恢复能力,准确筛选出最佳临时复电方案,提出一种基于熵权—余弦相似度法的多阶段联合应急恢复策略。基于复杂网络理论建立集中式供电系统拓扑模型,并采用多向量存储法降低节点连接矩阵的稀疏性。利用多叉树拓扑搜索算法搜索失电区域的并网路径,得到候选支援供电方案集合。根据供电可靠性要求校验方案可行性,结合熵权法与余弦相似度建立方案评分机制,从而筛选出最优应急恢复方案。选取上海轨道交通网络典型线路,验证应急恢复策略的工程实际效果,仿真结果表明,相较于传统的AHP—TOPSIS法及熵权—TOPSIS法,本文所采用的熵权—余弦相似度综合评估方法,不仅能够避免指标矩阵稀疏性对评价结果产生的影响,并且可以准确量化不同方案间评分差异,避免评价指标值相近时引起的误判,有效提高了应急恢复方案的工程化应用价值。此外,根据评价结果可知相较于常用的单线路内部支援供电方式,多线路联合支援供电的应急恢复能力更强,实现快速复电的同时无需甩负荷,有效保障了故障期间支援线路与被支援线路的基本运营需求。研究结果为进一步优化故障期间的应急恢复方案设计,提升故障救援决策效率提供了工程化参考意见。In the context of the gradual realisation of regional interconnection in urban railway systems,in order to study the emergency restoration capabilities of different auxiliary power supply methods during faults and to accurately screen out the best temporary restoration plan,this paper proposed a multi-stage joint emergency restoration strategy based on the entropy weight cosine similarity method.A topology model of a centralised power supply system was established based on complex network theory.A multi-vector storage method was used to reduce the sparsity of the node connection matrix.Using the multi-branch tree topology search algorithm to search for the network connection path in the power loss region,a set of candidate support power supply schemes was obtained.Based on the reliability requirements of the power supply,the feasibility of the verification scheme was verified.A scheme evaluation mechanism was established by combining the entropy weight method and cosine similarity to screen out the optimal emergency restoration scheme.By selecting typical lines of the Shanghai railway network,the practical engineering effect of the emergency restoration strategy was verified.The simulation results are shown as follows.Compared with the traditional AHP-TOPSIS method and entropy weight TOPSIS method,the entropy weight cosine similarity comprehensive evaluation method adopted in this paper can not only avoid the impact of the sparsity of the index matrix on the evaluation results,but also accurately quantify the evaluation differences between different schemes,avoid misjudgments caused by similar evaluation index values,and effectively improve the engineering application value of the emergency recovery plan.In addition,it can be seen that compared with the commonly used single-line internal support power supply method,the emergency recovery ability of multi-line joint support power supply is stronger,achieving rapid power restoration without the need for load shedding,effectively ensuring the basic operational needs
