摘 要:机械钟机芯装配过程中,各类型机芯结构不同、零部件形状及装配顺序存在较大差异,导致机械钟机芯的装配效率较低;为便于装调与维修中机芯的固定,针对教学中常见三款尺寸的机械钟机芯进行对比分析,采用齿轮对冲机构完成机械钟机芯万能支撑架的创新设计,适用于诸多款机芯的固定与支撑,提高钟表生产、检验、维修等效率。The process of assembling a mechanical clock movement entails the consideration of several factors,includingthe structure of different movements,the shape of parts and the assembly sequence.These factor leads to the low assembly efficiency of the mechanical clock movement.In order to facilitate the fixation of movements during installation,adjustment and maintenance,a comparative analysis was made on the three sizes of mechanical clock movements commonly used in teaching,and a gear hedge mechanism was adopted to complete the innovative design of the universal support frame for the mechanical clock movement,which is suitable for the fixation and support of many movements and improves the efficiency of watch production,inspection and maintenance.
