摘  要:为解决新疆地区的电网调峰问题,提出一种蓄热储能装置。采用单孔道压降–流速曲线拟合的方式,计算蓄热砖体的黏性和惯性阻力系数,使用3×3和6×6孔道模型进行数值模拟验证,压降结果误差控制在7%,且能够有效节约计算资源和时间。根据余热锅炉设计参数,将两系数的求解延展至装置加热段,通过增加风机数、改变出口管道布置方式和加宽蓄热砖体等方法,对当前设计的加热段结构提出改进。优化后的模型内部高温滞留现象明显减弱,砖体截面平均温度提高5℃,气体出口流量分配差异率降低56.8%,装置的可靠性和稳定性显著提升。当经验公式不适用且实验条件受限时,该研究提出的方法可为多孔介质结构的数值模拟提供参考。In order to solve the problem of peak shaving of power grid in Xinjiang region,a heat storage device is proposed.The single-pore pressure drop and flow velocity curve fitting method is used to calculate the viscous and inertial resistance coefficient of thermal storage bricks.Two pore models of 3×3 and 6×6 are used for numerical simulation verification,and the pressure drop error is controlled within 7%,which can effectively save computing resources and time.According to the design parameters of the waste heat boiler,the solution of the two coefficients is extended to the heating section of the device,and the current design of the heating section structure is improved by increasing the number of fans,changing the outlet pipe layout and widening the heat storage brick.After optimization,the internal high temperature retention phenomenon is significantly weakened,the average temperature of the brick section is increased by 5℃,and the difference rate of gas outlet flow distribution is reduced by 56.8%.The reliability and stability of the device are significantly improved.When empirical formulas are not applicable and experimental conditions are limited,the proposed method can provide a reference for the numerical simulation of porous media structures.
