摘 要:针对制备工艺导致钛合金点阵力学性能降低的问题,提出嵌锁钎焊工艺,设计并制备钛合金金字塔加筋点阵夹芯结构,开展了在典型载荷下力学行为的研究。首先,建立金字塔加筋点阵在平压及三点弯曲载荷下发生典型失效模式的理论预报模型。随后,采用嵌锁方法制备了钛合金金字塔加筋点阵夹芯试件,采用钎焊连接的方式将嵌片间及面芯间进行连接,制备成点阵夹芯结构。然后,分别开展平压试验和三点弯曲试验,获得了结构刚度和极限载荷,分析金字塔加筋点阵夹芯结构的失效过程。最后,将嵌锁钎焊工艺制备的点阵结构平压力学性能与采用激光焊接工艺、超塑成形工艺以及3D打印工艺等方法制备的钛合金点阵结构的平压力学性能进行对比。结果表明,采用嵌锁钎焊工艺可以有效提升点阵结构的力学性能。The slot-fitting method was used to solve the problem of mechanical properties reduction due to the manufacture process.In addition,the titanium alloy pyramid reinforced lattice sandwich structure was designed and fabricated to study the mechanical behavior under typical load.Firstly,the theoretical prediction model in typical failure modes of pyramid reinforced lattice structure under flat pressure and three-point bending load was established.Then,the titanium alloy pyramid reinforced lattice sandwich specimens were manufactured by slot-fitting method,and the connections between plates and cores were prepared by brazing method.Then,the flat compression test and three-point bending test were completed respectively,obtaining the structural stiffness and ultimate load.And the failure process of the pyramid reinforced lattice sandwich structure was analyzed.Finally,the flat pressure properties of the lattice structures prepared by slot-fitting method were compared with those prepared by laser welding,superplastic molding and 3D printing process.The results show that the slot-fitting process can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the titanium alloy lattice structure.
