摘　　要：经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement, TAVR)可有效治疗有症状的重度主动脉瓣狭窄,且适用人群也在逐渐扩大。TAVR围术期及康复期的护理是该手术取得成功的重要影响因素。《经导管主动脉瓣置换术围术期护理中国专家共识》的发布推动了我国TAVR患者的同质化、高质量护理。为更好地理解TAVR围术期护理关键问题、服务临床实践,该文基于术前护理、术中监护、术后重症监护护理、病房护理、营养评估5个方面的部分关键问题对上述共识进行详细解读。Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)can effectively treat symptomatic severe aortic valve stenosis,and its applicable population is gradually expanding.The perioperative and rehabilitation care of TAVR is an important influencing factor for the success of the surgery.The release of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Perioperative Nursing of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement has promoted the homogenization and high-quality care of TAVR patients in China.In order to better understand the key issues of TAVR perioperative nursing and serve clinical practice,this article provides a detailed interpretation of the above consensus based on five key issues of preoperative nursing,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative intensive care nursing,ward nursing,and nutritional assessment.
