摘 要:急性筋膜间隙综合征(acute compartment syndrome, ACS)是蛇咬伤的严重并发症之一,严重时可导致截肢甚至死亡。如何早期诊断和治疗ACS仍是目前主要难题。该文聚焦ACS早期诊断的最新研究趋势,重点阐述了新兴监测技术在室间隔压力测量、氧合监测、灌注监测等关键领域的应用,并综合分析了手术和保守治疗在内的多元化治疗策略,旨在为临床工作者提供更为精准的诊疗依据。Acute compartment syndrome(ACS)is one of the serious complications of snake bites,which can lead to amputation or even death in severe cases.Early diagnosis and treatment of ACS remain a major challenge.This paper focuses on the latest research trends in early diagnosis of ACS,with an emphasis on the application of emerging monitoring technologies in critical areas such as intercompartmental pressure measurement,oxygenation monitoring,and perfusion monitoring.It also provides a comprehensive analysis of diverse treatment strategies including surgical and conservative interventions,aiming to offer more precise diagnostic and treatment guidelines for clinical practitioners.
