海上平台含杂质CO_(2)注气管汇泄放动态仿真及影响因素研究

摘  要:随着CO_(2)捕集与利用技术在海上油气生产平台的应用,高压CO_(2)回注管汇泄放系统的设计研究成为技术难点。对海上平台含杂质CO_(2)注气管汇泄放动态仿真模型及工艺参数影响因素进行分析,应用Multiflash软件对比分析不同类型的热力学模型计算含杂质CO_(2)相态的稳定性,应用OLGA、Ledaflow及K-spice三款动态仿真软件对CO_(2)泄放过程模拟的适用性进行分析。基于比选结果应用K-spice软件分析了影响泄放最低温度、峰值泄放流量、管汇压降速率的多个设计及工艺参数。计算结果表明:对于含有杂质的CO_(2)泄放过程模拟,具有组分追踪功能的动态仿真软件在低压低温的两相区迭代收敛困难;泄放背压从0.5 MPa增加到2 MPa,泄放最低温度可提高2倍以上;限流孔板从20 mm缩小到10 mm,峰值泄放速率降低60%,温降速率降低2/3。因此,对于含杂质高压CO_(2)泄放推荐使用PR方程及K-spice软件进行动态模拟;通过提高泄放背压和缩小孔板尺寸,能够有效控制泄放最低温度和峰值泄放量。With the application of CO_(2) capture and utilization technology in offshore oil and gas production platforms,the design of high-pressure CO_(2) injection manifold discharge system has become a challenge.In this paper,the dynamic simulation model of impurity CO_(2) injection manifold discharge and the influencing factors of process parameters are analyzed.First,comparative analysis of different types of thermodynamic models for calculating the stability of impurity CO_(2) phase states is carried out by using Multiflash software.Then,OLGA,Ledaflow,and K-spice dynamic simulation software are used to analyze the applicability of CO_(2) discharge process simulation.Finally,based on the comparison results,K-spice software is used to analyze several design and process parameters that affect the minimum discharge temperature,peak discharge flow,and manifold pressure drop rate.The results show that for the simulation of CO_(2) discharge process containing impurities,the iterative convergence of dynamic simulation software with component tracking function is difficult in the two-phase region of low pressure and low temperature.When the back pressure increases from 0.5 MPa to 2 MPa,the minimum discharge temperature can be increased by more than two times.When the size of the restricted orifice is reduced from 20 mm to 10 mm,the peak discharge rate is reduced by 60%,and the temperature drop rate is reduced by 2/3.Therefore,PR equation and K-spice software are recommended for dynamic simulation of high-pressure CO_(2) discharge process with impurities.By increasing the discharge back pressure and reducing the orifice size,the minimum discharge temperature and peak discharge rate can be effectively controlled.
