S煤层气田集输管道积液影响因素研究

摘  要:S煤层气田集输管道采用低压湿气集输工艺,井口煤层气通常被水饱和,管道沿线地区地形起伏大,四季温差明显,管内易形成积液,导致管输效率下降和冰堵等问题,影响煤层气田的安全运行。针对该气田积液严重的9条管道,通过模拟分析入口气量、质量含液率、管径、入口温度、出口压力和环境温度对积液的影响效应,采用正交试验进一步研究各因素的影响程度及其交互作用。研究结果表明:各管道积液量随质量含液率、管径、管道出口压力的增大而增大,随管道入口气量、环境温度的增大而减小,管径对管道积液的影响最大,入口温度的影响最小,而其他因素对不同路由管道的影响程度差异很大,质量含液率与环境温度的交互作用对积液有显著影响。该研究结果为煤层气田积液防治提供了科学依据,对复杂地形下煤层气集输管道的设计和长周期安全稳定运行具有指导意义。The gathering and transportation pipeline of S Coalbed Methane Field adopts the low-pressure wet gas gathering and transportation process.The wellhead coalbed methane is usually saturated with water.The terrain along the pipeline fluctuates greatly,and the temperature difference between four seasons is obvious.It is easy to form liquid accumulation in the pipeline,which leads to a decrease of pipeline transportation efficiency and ice plugging,affecting the safe operation of coalbed methane fields.In this study,nine gathering pipelines in the coalbed methane field are taken as the research objects.The effects of inlet gas volume,liquid mass content,pipe diameter,inlet temperature,outlet pressure,and ambient temperature on the liquid accumulation are simulated and analyzed,and the influence degree and interaction of each factor are analyzed by orthogonal test.The results show that the liquid accumulation of each pipeline increases with the increase of liquid mass content,pipe diameter,and outlet pressure,and decreases with the increase of inlet gas volume and ambient temperature.The diameter of the pipeline has the greatest impact on liquid accumulation,while inlet temperature has the smallest impact.However,the degree of influence of other factors on the pipelines of different routes varies greatly,and the interaction between liquid mass content and environmental temperature has a significant impact on liquid accumulation.The research results provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of liquid accumulation in coalbed methane fields,and have guiding significance for the design and long-term safe and stable operation of coalbed methane gathering and transportation pipelines under complex terrain.
