摘 要:徐深气田普遍应用三甘醇脱水装置对天然气中的水分进行深度脱除。脱水装置中的三甘醇富液需要通过重沸器进行加热再生,变为贫甘醇后进行重复使用,再生过程中会产生尾气排放进大气中。尾气中非甲烷总烃排放浓度不符合GB 39728—2020《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》相关要求,会对环境造成不良影响。本文首次提出以水引射器为核心的增压回收工艺,并配套冷却、分离、换热及橇装化工艺技术,将引射增压后的尾气输送至三甘醇脱水装置重沸器的燃烧室,尾气中的甲烷及非甲烷总烃高效燃烧。经检测,装置燃烧后的尾气均实现达标排放,符合国标要求。该工艺充分回收了尾气中的天然气,作为重沸器燃料气用于甘醇进行升温。将尾气余热用于富甘醇再生和橇内采暖,同时建立重沸器富甘醇负压再生环境,进一步提升了脱水装置深度脱水效果,实现了气田绿色清洁生产。In Xushen Gas Field,a triethylene glycol dehydration unit is commonly used to deeply remove water from natural gas.The rich solution of the triethylene glycol in the dehydration unit needs to be heated and regenerated through a reboiler to become lean glycerol for reuse.During the triethylene glycol regeneration process,exhaust gas will be emitted into the atmosphere.The concentration of nonmethane total hydrocarbons in exhaust gas does not meet the relevant requirements of GB 39728—2020 Emission Standards of Air Pollutants for Onshore Oil and Gas Exploitation and Production Industry,which will have adverse effects on the environment.In this paper,a pressurized recovery process with a water ejector as the core is proposed for the first time,accompanied by cooling,separation,heat transfer,and skid-mounted technologies.The pressurized exhaust gas is transported to the combustion chamber of the reboiler of the triethylene glycol dehydration unit,where methane and non-methane total hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas are efficiently burned.After testing,the exhaust emissions from the combustion of the device meet the standard and comply with the national requirements.This process fully recovers natural gas from the exhaust gas,and uses it as fuel gas for reboiler to heat up glycerol,then the waste heat from the exhaust gas is used for rich ethylene glycol regeneration and internal heating.At the same time,a negative pressure regeneration environment for rich ethylene glycol is established in the reboiler,the deep dehydration effect of the dehydration device is further improved,and the green and clean production in the gas field is realized.
