摘 要:我国高含硫气藏在天然气资源储量中占比高达25%,是未来资源勘探和开发的主要发展方向。鉴于含硫天然气的剧毒、腐蚀特性,酸性气田开发难度大、安全控制难,过程监检测要求高。随着近年来多个高含硫气田的成功开发和稳定运行,复杂山地、湿气输送、硫化氢腐蚀、地灾监测等难题逐项被攻克,监检测技术取得了全面发展。本文以普光气田为例,解析了采气井场、集气站、集输管道、净化装置全方位监检测体系,介绍了装置设备泄漏、腐蚀、地灾等风险监测防控技术,为国内同类气田提供技术支持和借鉴。High-sulfur gas reservoirs in China account for up to 25%of natural gas resource reserves,making them the main development direction for future resource exploration and development.Given the highly toxic and corrosive characteristics of sour natural gas,the development of sour gas fields is difficult,safety control is difficult,and process monitoring and testing requirements are high.With the successful development and stable operation of multiple high-sulfur gas fields in recent years,complex mountainous areas,wet gas transportation,hydrogen sulfide corrosion,and geological disaster monitoring have been overcome one by one,and monitoring and detection technology has achieved comprehensive development.Taking Puguang Gas Field as an example,the comprehensive monitoring and testing system for gas production well sites,gas gathering stations,gathering pipelines,and purification devices is analyzed.The risk identification and prevention technologies for equipment leakage,corrosion,and geological disasters are introduced,providing technical support and reference for similar gas fields in China.
