电絮凝降解模拟胍胶压裂返排液COD的实验研究

摘  要:胍胶压裂液在油气田开采中有着广泛的应用,产生大量不易处理的返排液,给生态环境带来极大危害。达标外排是处理压裂返排液的主要方法之一,主要指标COD(化学需氧量)是衡量水质污染程度的重要指标,其是否达标后外排对于生态环境至关重要。如何降解COD来实现达标外排是目前亟待解决的问题。电絮凝技术具有污染小、效率高等优势,在水处理方面有着较为广泛的应用。采用电絮凝技术对其进行处理,使用铝极板作为电极材料,并结合响应曲面法,系统地研究了极板间距、电流密度和处理时间这3个关键参数对COD去除效率的影响。研究发现,在极板间距为4 cm、电流密度为135 A/m^(2)、处理时间为90 min的条件下,COD的去除率能够达到74.32%,显著高于常规处理方法,显示出电絮凝技术在处理压裂返排液方面的巨大潜力。通过优化电絮凝技术的操作参数,可以进一步提高处理效率,降低处理成本,为油气田压裂返排液的处理提供了一种新的解决方案,还为其他类似高COD工业废水的处理提供了参考。Guanidine gum fracturing fluid is extensively used in oil and gas field development,generating a significant amount of difficult-to-treat flowback fluid,which poses considerable environmental pressure.Standard discharge is one of the main methods for treating fracturing flowback fluid,with COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand)being a crucial indicator to measure the level of water pollution.Achieving compliant discharge is essential for environmental protection.Degrading COD to meet discharge standards is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.Electroflocculation technology,with its low pollution and high efficiency,is widely applied in water treatment.By employing electroflocculation and using aluminum plates as electrode material,combined with the response surface methodology,this study systematically investigated the impact of three key parameters including electrode spacing,current density,and treatment time on COD removal efficiency.The research found that under the conditions of 4 cm electrode spacing,135 A/m^(2)current density,and 90 minutes of treatment time,the COD removal rate can reach 74.32%,significantly higher than conventional treatment methods,demonstrating the great potential of electroflocculation technology in treating fracturing flowback fluid.By optimizing the operating parameters of electroflocculation technology,treatment efficiency can be further improved,treatment costs can be reduced,and a new solution can be provided for the treatment of fracturing flowback fluids in oil and gas fields.It also provides a reference for the treatment of other similar high-COD industrial wastewater.
