环氧栓接罐在油气工程的应用及优势

摘　　要：在油气工程中环氧栓接罐是一种较新的技术,罐体用环氧树脂涂层进行防腐,整罐用螺栓连接,采用在栓接处涂密封剂来强化整罐密封性能,具有标准化程度高、施工周期短、人机用量少、防腐性能好的显著优点。为了研究环氧栓接罐在油气工程中的应用潜力,以伊拉克某天然气液化厂项目中现行的储罐为例,对环氧栓接罐和焊接罐进行对比分析,可以得出:在设计方面,对比AWWA D103和API 650标准,环氧栓接罐的栓接结构设计和密封剂选择较为复杂,但用钢量少,整罐质量轻;在安装制造方面,环氧栓接罐预制成本投入高,但不需要罐板预制、焊接、射线探伤、防腐工序,安装工效是焊接罐的1倍以上,且质量易控制、作业安全性高、赶工能力强,后期储罐可以扩容或迁移,再利用效率高。研究结果表明,环氧栓接罐可以在油气工程项目中推广使用,研发更优化的栓接结构是控制成本的核心,研发更好性能的密封剂是扩大适用范围的关键。Epoxy coated bolted tank is a relatively new technology in oil and gas engineering.The tank body is coated with epoxy for corrosion protection,the entire tank is connected by bolts,and the sealant is applied at the bolted joints to enhance the overall sealing performance.It has significant advantages of high standardization,short construction period,less manpower and machinery consumption,and excellent anti-corrosion performance.In order to study the potential application of epoxy coated bolted tanks in oil and gas engineering,taking the current storage tank in a natural gas liquefaction plant project in Iraq as an example,the comparative analysis between epoxy bolted tanks and welded tanks revealed that in terms of design,compared with the AWWA D103 and API 650 standards,the bolted structure design and sealant selection of epoxy bolted tanks are more complicated,but less steel is used,resulting in a lighter weight of the whole tank.In terms of manufacturing and installation,the prefabrication cost of epoxy bolted tanks is higher,but it does not require the process of tank plate prefabrication,welding,radiographic testing,and anti-corrosion,the installation efficiency is more than twice that of welded tanks.Additionally,it offers better quality control,higher safety during operations,strong ability to catch up with the schedule,and higher reusability on tank expansion and relocation.The research results indicated that epoxy bolted tanks can be widely used in oil and gas engineering projects,the development of optimized bolted structures is the key to cost control,and the development of better performance sealant is the key to expanding the scope of applications.
