摘 要:对于空气渗透率低的油层开采,采出液的达标处理是制约聚驱开发的因素之一。针对不成熟的含聚污水深度处理工艺,大庆油田W采油厂于2009年率先应用了生化处理工艺,初期取得了较好的效果,但也暴露出对水质波动适应性不强、配套收油排泥工艺不完善、微生物系统不便于维护等问题。在应用过程中对存在的问题及产生的原因深入剖析,工艺方面通过保证前端沉降时间,强化抗冲击能力;改进气浮和固液收油,提高运行时率;重点对维护难度大的微生物反应池工艺优化了生物菌种、生物填料、走水方式、框架材质、盖板结构等,以延长其有效运行周期;确保生化工艺系统运行平稳,实现含油质量浓度达标率在95%以上,悬浮物固体质量浓度达标率在90%以上,为聚驱污水深度处理达标提供了一条新的技术途径,成为大庆油田首个含聚污水生化处理工业化站,解决了含聚污水深度处理技术问题。在地面建设和生产管理中,为油田同类站库建设及新工艺推广应用提供技术参考。One of the limiting factors for polymer flooding development is the treatment of the produced liquid to meet the standard for the extraction of low air permeability oil reservoirs.In 2009,the W Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield took the lead in applying biochemical treatment technology for immature polymer-containing wastewater treatment.Initially,good results were achieved,but it also exposed problems such as weak adaptability to water quality fluctuations,incomplete supporting oil recovery and sludge discharge processes,and inconvenient maintenance of microbial systems.In the subsequent application process,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the existing problems and their causes.In terms of technology,the settling time at the front end is ensured and the impact resistance ability is strengthened.Air flotation and solid-liquid oil recovery are improved to increase operating efficiency.The process of microbial reaction tanks that are difficult to maintain is optimized,including biological strains,biological fillers,water flow methods,frame materials,cover plate structures,etc.,so as to extend their effective operating cycle.The smooth operation of the biochemical process system is ensured,a compliance rate of over 95%for oil mass concentration and over 90%for suspended solids mass concentration is achieved.This provides a new technological approach for achieving the standard of advanced treatment of polymer flooding wastewater.As the first industrial biochemical treatment station for polymer-containing wastewater in Daqing Oilfield,it has solved the technical problems of advanced treatment of polymer-containing wastewater,which provides technical references for the construction of similar oilfield stations,and the promotion and application of new technologies in subsequent ground construction and production management.
