摘　　要：目的:从白前市场分级的角度,揭示外观性状评定白前质量等级的科学内涵,为白前运用外观性状进行等级标准的制定提供实验依据。方法:采用相关性、主成分、四分位数法等统计方法对35批白前药材的内外指标进行分析,结合市场交易和实际的可操作性,制定其商品规格等级评价标准。结果:相关性分析结果显示,外观性状类指标构成的第一典型变量与内在含量类指标构成的第一典型变量之间存在极显著的正相关性(CR1=0.835,P<0.01)。6项外观性状类指标(长、宽、色度)与6项内在含量类指标(水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、总皂苷)间,均呈现出不同程度的显著相关性。结论:外观性状的优劣可以有效地预测内在含量的高低,通过主要的性状特征对白前进行质量等级划分具有一定的科学依据,初步制订了白前药材商品规格等级标准,即根据直径、颜色、须根占比将白前分为一级和二级。Objective:From the perspective of market grading of Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma et Radix,this study aims to reveal the scientific connotation of evaluating the quality grade of Chinese herbal medicine based on its appearance characteristics,and provide experimental evidence for the formulation of grading standards using appearance characteristics of herbal medicine.Methods:Statistical methods such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and quartile method were used to analyze the internal and external indicators of 35 batches of Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma et Radix medicinal materials.Combining market transactions and practical operability,the evaluation criteria for its commercial specification grades were formulated.Results:The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the first typical variable constructed by appearance characteristics and the first typical variable constructed by internal content indicators(CR1=0.835,P<0.01).Six appearance characteristics indicators(length,width,chroma)showed varying degrees of significant correlation with six internal content indicators(moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,water-soluble extract,alcohol-soluble extract,total saponins).Conclusion:The quality of appearance characteristics can effectively predict the internal content.Based on the main characteristic features,grading of Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma et Radix has certain scientific basis.Preliminary commercial specification grading standards for Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma et Radix medicinal materials were formulated in this study,dividing the herbal medicine into primary and secondary grades based on diameter,color,and proportion of root hairs.
