身痛逐瘀汤治疗骨转移癌痛的临床及机制研究进展

摘　　要：身痛逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》卷下,具有活血祛瘀、祛风除湿、蠲痹止痛的功效,主治痹证有瘀血者。现代研究发现其具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的特点,可以应对骨转移癌痛发病的复杂机制,具有深入研究的价值。在骨转移癌痛的临床治疗中,通常使用身痛逐瘀汤加减联合常规西药进行治疗,这种联合治疗能够较好地缓解患者的疼痛以及降低西药不良反应的发生率,或身痛逐瘀汤联合其他疗法以减毒增效。该文主要从临床观察、作用机制等角度对身痛逐瘀汤治疗骨转移癌痛进行综述,探析其临床应用的可行性。Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,originating from the Volume II of Correction of Errors in Medical Classics,has the effects of activating blood,dispelling stasis,dispelling wind,eliminating impediment and dampness,and relieving pain.It is mainly used to treat impediment with blood stasis pattern.Modern research has found that it has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway efficacy,which can address the complex mechanisms of bone metastasis cancer pain,thus having value for in-depth research.In the clinical treatment of bone metastasis cancer pain,conventional Western medicine is usually combined with modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for treatment.This combination therapy can effectively alleviate the degree of pain in patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to Western medicine.This article mainly reviews the treatment of bone metastasis cancer pain with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction from the perspectives of clinical efficacy observation,mechanism of action,etc.,and explores the feasibility of its clinical application.
