摘　　要：中医芳香疗法是独具特色的传统自然疗法,在源远流长的中医药发展进程中,该疗法伴随着古今成方及疗法的演变,形成了自身独特的理论体系。中医芳香疗法主要通过具有挥发性香味的中药之气作用于人体,根据中医内病外治理论,挥发性气体通过呼吸、皮肤等入腠理,经经络直达脏腑,起到调整机体阴阳平衡、扶补正气、抵御外邪的作用。近年来中医芳香疗法被应用于乳腺疾病的治疗,芳香醒神功效可调节精神情志,改善乳腺癌焦虑、抑郁情绪;芳香醒脾功效可改善脾胃功能,抑制乳腺癌化疗引起的恶心呕吐;辛香走窜功效可促进气血流通,适合乳腺增生类疾病的治疗。深入理解芳香类中药,并从芳香类中药角度出发,拓展思路,能够为中医药治疗乳腺疾病提供一定的借鉴与指导。Traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy is a unique traditional natural therapy.In the long history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,this therapy has evolved with the development of ancient and modern formulas and therapies,forming its own unique theoretical system.Traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy mainly uses the volatile aroma of traditional Chinese medicine to act on the human body.According to the theory of internal disease and external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,volatile gases enter the pores through respiration,skin,and other channels,and directly reach the organs through meridians,playing a role in adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang in the body,supplementing positive Qi,and resisting external pathogens.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine aromatherapy has been applied to the treatment of breast diseases.The efficacy of aromatherapy can regulate the spirit and improve the anxiety and depression of breast cancer.Aromatic invigorating spleen effect can improve the function of spleen and stomach,and inhibit nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy for breast cancer.The pungent fragrance can promote the circulation of qi and blood,making it suitable for the treatment of breast hyperplasia diseases.A deep understanding of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine and expanding our thinking from the perspective of aromatic traditional Chinese medicine can provide certain reference and guidance for the treatment of breast diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
