摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识制度机制,如何把握健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识制度机制的实践方向是一个亟待研究的重要议题。基于中华民族共同体的内在属性与中华民族共同体建设的政治、经济、文化、社会、法律基础路径,健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识制度机制也应与之协同。具体包括:在政治层面,应健全推进中华民族国族建设的政治制度机制;在经济层面,应加强完善实现各民族共同富裕的经济制度机制;在文化层面,应加快健全构筑中华民族共有精神家园的文化制度机制;在社会层面,应积极保障构建互嵌式社会结构和社区环境的社会制度机制;在法律层面,应逐步完善提升民族事务治理法治化水平的法律制度机制。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee proposed the enhancement of institutional mechanisms for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.How to navigate the practical direction for improving these mechanisms is an urgent and important issue that requires thorough research.Based on the inherent attributes of the community of the Chinese nation as well as the political,economic,cultural,social,and legal foundations necessary for its construction,the institutional mechanisms with the aim of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation should be coordinated accordingly.Specifically,this includes the following aspects:at the political level,improving the political institutional mechanisms that promote the nation-building of the Chinese people;at the economic level,enhancing and improving the economic institutional mechanisms that facilitate common prosperity for all ethnic groups;at the cultural level,accelerating the improvement of cultural institutional mechanisms that contribute to building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation;at the social level,actively constructing the social institutional mechanisms that foster an interconnected social structure and community environment;and at the legal level,gradually improving the legal institutional mechanisms to elevate the rule of law in the governance of ethnic affairs.
