摘　　要：影视文化作为人类所有文化样式中传播力最广泛、最丰富、最有效的形式之一,承载着增强一国文化软实力的重要使命,对建设文化强国具有独特作用和价值;在全球文化软实力国际竞争中,世界各国都十分重视影视文化对构建国家形象和提升国家软实力的独特作用和价值,中国影视文化的高质量发展时不我待,新时代已赋予中国影视文化发展更为广阔的发展空间和更大的责任担当。纵观中国特色社会主义影视文化服务于不同历史时期的国家发展战略,发挥了重要作用。中国特色社会主义影视文化以其强大的文化感染力和传播力,响应党和国家号召,始终肩负着对内为中华民族伟大复兴提供强大内在精神力支撑,对外塑造中国自信、包容、开放的国家形象的重要文化使命。当前世界百年大变局下,中国影视文化作为传播中华民族现代文明的重要媒介,肩负着新时代新的文化使命,以习近平文化思想为指导,直面发展面临的问题挑战,内外兼修,解答好“中国如何由影视大国向影视强国迈进”的时代命题,将习近平文化思想贯彻落实到影视文化发展工作的全过程,推进新时代文化强国建设,是新时代中国影视文化高质量发展的根本遵循。Film and television culture,as one of the most widely disseminated,rich,and effective forms of communication among all cultural styles,undertakes the important mission of enhancing a nation’s cultural soft power.It plays a unique role and holds significant value in building China into a country with a thriving culture.In the context of global competition for cultural soft power,various countries recognize the distinctive role and value of film and television culture in constructing national images and elevating soft power.The high-quality development of Chinese film and television culture is urgent,as the new era provides broader developmental space and greater responsibilities.Historically,socialist film and television culture in China has significantly supported national development strategies during different periods.With its profound cultural appeal and dissemination capacity,socialist film and television culture responds to the calls of the Party and the nation,undertaking the critical cultural mission of providing strong internal spiritual support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,while shaping an image of a confident,inclusive,and open China to the outside world.In the face of the profound changes currently unfolding globally,Chinese film and television culture serves as an important medium for promoting modern Chinese civilization,embracing a new cultural mission guided by Xi Jinping thought on culture.It addresses development challenges,balances domestic and international factors,and seeks to answer the pivotal question of how China can transition from being a major film and television country to becoming a strong one.Implementing Xi Jinping thought on culture throughout the development process is fundamental for achieving high-quality advancement in Chinese film and television culture,thus contributing to building a culturally strong nation in the new era.
