摘　　要：公共资源交易是腐败的重灾区,整合建立的统一公共资源交易平台已不单纯是汇聚各类公共资源交易项目的载体,更承载和发挥着遏制腐败的重要功能。统一平台运行下的公共资源交易在腐败治理上遵循了行政、经济和技术的基本逻辑,即分别达成促进权力制约、降低成本费用、技术赋能治理的内在变革。公共资源交易统一平台运行遏制腐败功能的实现,依托于技术嵌入形成的标准化、留痕存证、信息公开透明和智慧监督等一系列运行机制。下一步应该继续深化公共资源交易平台整合共享,并致力于统一平台运行机制的优化,以最大限度发挥反腐效用。Public resource transactions have long been a hotspot for corruption.The establishment of an integrated,unified public resource transaction platform serves not only as a carrier for various public resource transaction projects but also as an important tool for curbing corruption.The anti-corruption function of public resource transactions with the operation of a unified platform follows fundamental administrative,economic,and technical logics,achieving intrinsic changes that promote checks and balances of power,reduce costs,and enable governance through technology.The realization of the anti-corruption function of the unified public resource transaction platform relies on a series of operational mechanisms facilitated by technological integration,such as standardization,traceability and evidence retention,information disclosure and transparency,and intelligent supervision.The next step should be to further deepen the integration and sharing of public resource transaction platforms and strive to optimize the operation mechanism of the unified platform to maximize anti-corruption effectiveness.
