摘 要:通过对江西省崇义县高坌林场省级杉木良种基地杉木第2代种子园40个无性系1 a结实差异的研究,进行种子高产型无性系初选,为后期综合筛选提供理论依据。结果表明:不同杉木无性系球果产量、种子产量、出籽率间均存在极显著差异,参试无性系母树单株的球果产量、种子产量及出籽率总均值分别为20.87 kg、1.01 kg及4.52%。其中63号无性系球果产量最高,为52.57 kg,高出总均值151.87%;30号无性系种子产量、出籽率最高,分别为3.05 kg、6.31%,分别高出总均值201.98%、39.60%。球果产量、种子产量均与出籽率呈极显著正相关。初步筛选出种子产量大于各无性系总均值20%且出籽率大于总均值的11个杉木无性系作为种子高产型无性系。This study aims to explore the difference of 1a seed of 40 clones in the 2nd generation seed garden of Chinese fir in Gaobeng Forest Farm,Chongyi County,Jiangxi Province.The seed high-yielding clones were selected as the theoretical basis for comprehensive screening.The results showed that there were the significant differences in the cone yield,seed yield and seeding rate among different Chinese fir clones.Specifically,the average cone yield,seed yield and seeding rate of each parent tree were 20.87 kg,1.01kg and 4.52%,respectively.The cone yield of clonal No.63 was the highest(52.57 kg),which was 151.87%higher than the average value.The highest seed yield and seeding rate of No.30 clones were 3.05 kg and 6.31%,respectively,which were higher than the total average value of 201.98%and 39.60%.There was the significant positive correlation between cone yield and seeding rate.11 high-yielding clones of Chinese fir were selected with the seed yield greater than 20%and seeding rate greater than the total mean.
