摘　　要：激活转录因子7(ATF7)是一种应激诱导的转录因子,属于激活转录因子/环磷腺苷效应元件结合蛋白(CREB)家族中的一员,通常在应激状态下被磷酸化,从而激活靶基因的转录,调节相关的生物学过程。基于现有文献报道,本文综述了ATF7在调节免疫、肿瘤、代谢等生物学过程中的作用,为后续进一步研究提供理论基础。Activating transcription factor 7(ATF7)is a stress-induced transcription factor,a member of the cAMP-response element binding protein(CREB)family,which is usually phosphorylated under stress to activate the transcription of target genes and regulate related biological processes.Based on the existing literature reports,we reviewed the role of ATF7 in regulating immunity,tumor and metabolism,which provides a theoretical basis for further research.
