摘 要:为了探究臭氧工艺处理含藻水时,藻细胞的去除和藻源有机质(AOM)的释放,明晰外源天然有机质(NOM)的影响,以铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,考察了不同臭氧投加质量浓度下藻密度和细胞膜完整性的变化,并基于溶解性有机碳、紫外-可见吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱分析技术对臭氧化过程中的溶解性有机物(DOM)进行了表征。结果表明,臭氧会破坏铜绿微囊藻的细胞膜,降低藻密度,导致细胞内生物蝶呤类腐殖质荧光有机物释放和氧化。NOM存在时,芳香性组分会优先消耗氧化剂,显著延缓藻细胞的破损和AOM的释放,但当臭氧质量浓度足以完全破坏藻细胞膜后,多余的臭氧会导致生物蝶呤类有机物释放与氧化,因此可以根据生物蝶呤类化合物特征荧光强度的变化调控含藻水处理过程中所需的臭氧质量浓度。To explore the characteristics of algal removal and fate of algal organic matter(AOM)during ozonation treatment of algae-laden water with/without natural organic matter(NOM),the typical cyanobacteria strain causing blooms,Microcystis aeruginosa,was used to investigate variations of algal density and cell membrane integrity with dosing various concentrations of ozone.In addition,the dissolved organic matter in the ozonation process was characterized by dissolved organic matter(DOM),UV-vis absorption spectra and excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectra.The results showed that ozone had the ability to disrupt cell membranes of Microcystis aeruginosa,reduce algal density,and lead to release and oxidation of intracellular biopterins with humic-like fluorescence.In the presence of NOM,its aromatic moieties preferentially reacted with the oxidant,causing significant delay in algal cells damage and AOM release.However,when the ozone dosage was sufficient to destroy algal cell membranes completely,biopterins would still undergo release and removal due to the excess oxidant.Therefore,the ozone dose required in algae-containing water treatment can be regulated according to the turning point in the trend of the characteristic fluorescence of biopterins with ozone dose.
