摘  要:以农用人字形轮胎和土壤耦合体为研究对象,采用有限元分析法构建轮胎与土壤耦合体的本构模型,开展农用轮胎-土壤接触耦合的动态仿真分析,获得载荷、胎压、滑转率、花纹参数及土壤条件下轮胎的牵引力和沉陷量变化规律。结果表明:农用轮胎在壤土和砂壤土上运行所需的牵引力随轮胎载荷、滑转率增加而增大,随胎压的增大而逐步减小,随轮胎花纹对数和花纹高度的增加而表现出先增大后减小趋势;农用轮胎在壤土和砂壤土上运行的轮胎沉陷量随载荷、滑转率增加而增大,随胎压的增大而逐步减小,随轮胎花纹对数和花纹高度的增加而表现出先增大后减小趋势;以轮胎牵引力最大为最优时,应取载荷12 000 N、花纹15对、花纹高度36 mm、滑转率25%、壤土、胎压40 kPa的参数组合;以轮胎沉陷量最小为最优时,应取载荷3 000 N、滑转率10%、壤土、胎压160 kPa、花纹高度17 mm、花纹9对的参数组合。This study focused on the coupling effects between agricultural tires and soil,a constitutive model for the tire-soil coupling system was constructed by using the finite element analysis method.Dynamic simulation analysis of the contact interaction between agricultural tires and soil was carried out,and the changes in tire traction and settlement under load,tire pressure,slip rate,pattern parameters,and soil conditions were obtained.The results showed that the traction force required for agricultural tires operating on the loam and sandy loam soil increased with the tire load and slip rate increasing,gradually decreased with the increase of tire pressure,and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the tire pattern number and pattern height increasing.The settlement of agricultural tires operating on the loam and sandy loam soil increased with the rise in the load and slip rate,gradually decreased with the tire pressure increasing,and showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the rise in the tire pattern number and pattern height.When maximizing the tire traction,the optimal parameter combination was load of 12 000 N,15 pairs of tread patterns,tread height of 36 mm,slip rate of 25%,loam soil,and tire pressure of 40 kPa.When minimizing the tire sinkage was the priority,the optimal combination was load of 3 000 N,10% slip rate,loam soil,tire pressure of 160 kPa,tread height of 17 mm,and 9 pairs of tread patterns.
