摘 要:目的通过广泛的计量学研究分析脊髓损伤中自噬的相关文献,确定该领域内关键的出版物、作者、机构和国家,并深入探讨当前的研究主题与趋势。方法数据采集自2009-01-01-2023-09-20的Webof Science核心合集,检索关键词包括"autophagy""autophagocytosis""spinal cord injury"和"spinal cord injuries",通过VOSviewer、Citespace和PRISM等工具进行综合分析,涵盖出版趋势、引用情况、作者合作网络和关键词趋势等多维度评估,以描绘自噬在脊髓损伤研究领域的学术景观。结果2009-01-01-2023关于研究脊髓损伤中自噬的相关文献数量持续增长,该领域的关注度持续上升。KannoH作为该领域内最有影响力的作者,而Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University成为该研究领域的领先机构。特别是关于“脊髓损伤诱导Beclin1上调并促进自噬性细胞死亡”的论文成为领域中的关键作品结论本文献计量分析全面总结了脊髓损伤中自噬的研究现状和模式,揭示了包括轴突再生、氧化应激和阿尔茨海默症与脊髓损伤联系在内的新兴研究热点和方向,对脊髓损伤研究和治疗开发人员是具有很大价值的资源。Objective To identify key publications,authors,institutions,and countries within this field through extensive bibliometric analysis of literature on autophagy in spinal cord injury,and delve into the current research themes and emerging trends.Methods The data were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection from January 1,2009 to September 20,2023.The search keywords included"autophagy,""autophagocytosis,""spinal cord injury,"and"spinal cord injuries."A comprehensive analysis was conducted using tools such as VOSviewer,Citespace,and PRISM,covering multiple dimensions including publication trends,citation patterns,author collaboration networks,and keyword trends,to map the academic landscape of autophagy research in the context of spinal cord injury.Results From 2009 to 2023,the number of publications related to autophagy in spinal cord injury has continuously increased,reflecting a growing interest in this field.Kanno H emerged as the most influential author,while Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University was identified as the leading institution in this research area.Notably,the paper on"spinal cord injury-induced upregulation of Beclin 1 and promotion of autophagic cell death"stood out as a seminal work in the field.Conclusion This bibliometric analysis offers a thorough summary of the current understanding and research patterns of autophagy in spinal cord injury(SCI).Emerging research areas and innovative directions include axonal regeneration,oxidative stress,and the intersection between Alzheimer's disease and SCI.For researchers engaged in SCI studies and therapeutic development,our research serves as a valuable resource.
