基于CiteSpace的中医传统功法干预糖尿病相关研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:利用CiteSpace软件对中医传统功法干预糖尿病的相关研究进行可视化分析,以揭示该领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中自建库至2024年3月10日的相关文献。采用CiteSpace6.1R6软件进行可视化分析,包括年度发文量趋势、作者合作网络、机构共现网络及关键词共现、聚类、时间线和突现分析。结果:纳入669篇文献,年度发文量呈上升趋势,尤其是2007年以来增长显著。作者合作网络较为分散,研究力量相对分散。主要发文机构为中医药院校及其附属医院。研究热点集中在中医传统功法的机制研究、联合施治和心理调节等方面。关键词共现图谱表明,频数较高的关键词包括“八段锦”“糖尿病”“太极拳”“血糖”等,反映了该领域的研究重点。聚类分析揭示了“糖尿病”“八段锦”“疗效评价”“太极拳”“血脂”“治疗”“健身”“气功”“糖脂代谢”“冠心病”“抑郁”等11个关键词聚类,反映了该领域的主要研究方向。关键词突现分析显示,近年来“糖脂代谢”“抑郁”等为该领域的研究热点。结论:中医传统功法干预糖尿病领域的研究呈现上升趋势,主要集中在中医传统功法的干预机制、联合治疗方案及心理调节等方面,其中“八段锦”“太极拳”“血糖”等为研究焦点。Objective:To visually analyze the research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)gongfu interventions in diabetes by using CiteSpace software,so as to reveal the research status and development trend in this field.Methods:The relevant literature from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and SinoMed databases were retrieved from the establishment of the database to March 10,2024.CiteSpace 6.1R6 software was used for visual analysis,including the annual publication trend,author cooperation network,institutional co-occurrence network and keyword co-occurrence,clustering,time line and emergence analysis.Results:A total of 669 documents were included,revealing an upward trend in annual publications,with a significant increase noted since 2007.The author collaboration network was decentralized,indicating widespread research capabilities.The primary institutions contributing to the literature were TCM colleges and their affiliated hospitals.Research hotspots focused on the mechanisms of TCM gongfu,integrated treatment strategies,and psychological regulation.The keyword co-occurrence map highlighted frequent mentions of terms such as"Baduanjin","diabetes","Tai Chi",and"blood glucose,"reflecting the core research interests.Cluster analysis identified 11 distinct keyword clusters,including"diabetes","Baduanjin","Tai Chi","efficacy evaluation","blood lipid","treatment","fitness","Qigong","glycolipid metabolism","coronary heart disease",and"depression",reflecting the main research directions in this field.Keyword emergence analysis showed that in recent years,"glycolipid metabolism"and"depression"were the research hotspots in this field.Conclusion:The research on TCM gongfu interventions for diabetes mellitus showed an upward trend,mainly focusing on the mechanisms of these interventions,integrated treatment programs,and psychological adjustment,among which"Baduanjin,""Tai Chi,"and"blood glucose"have emerged as key areas of interest.
