摘　　要：《伤寒舌辨》原系晚明申斗垣所著《伤寒观舌心法》,后被收入丛书《伤寒三书合璧》并改作现名。本书专论舌诊,对中医舌诊理论的发展有承前启后的关键作用。通过检索目录著作和专业网站搜集其藏本信息,开展实地调研以甄别与获取其版本资源,核实相关文献11种,并获取其中10种。现存《伤寒舌辨》版本中中国国家图书馆与日本内阁文库各藏一部善本,且为同一雕版所出;上海中医药大学藏其抄本,抄绘俱精,但有错页;近现代,中日两国对两部刻本的影像或文字进行过整理出版;另有马培之的同名文献《伤寒观舌心法》,继承了《伤寒舌辨》主要内容并有所补充,惜存世抄本多残破不全,今有点校本最善,收在《孟河四家医籍》中。基于本次调研成果,庶可修正和补充当前目录著作中有关《伤寒舌辨》和《伤寒观舌心法》的著录信息,并为进一步的古籍整理与学术研究提供翔实的版本资源。The book Shanghan Shebian,formerly known as Shanghan Guanshe Xinfa,was originally written by SHEN Douyuan in the late Ming Dynasty,and was later included in the series Shanghan Sanshu Hebi and changed to its current name.This book was devoted to tongue diagnosis,which had a key role in the development of traditional Chinese tongue diagnosis theory.This article collected relevant information on the collection by consulting catalogue works and professional websites,and conducted field research to identify and obtain relevant edition resources,of which 11 relevant documents were verified and 10 were obtained.In the existing version of Shanhan Shebian,the National Library of China and the Cabinet Library of Japan each hold a rare edition,which is printed by the engraved plates.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has a codex of it,which is well copied and illustrated,but there were errors in the pages.In modern times,China and Japan have organized and published the images or texts of two engravings.There is also a document of the same name by MA Peizhi called Shanghan Guanshe Xinfa,which inherits the main content of Shanghan Shebian and makes some supplements.Unfortunately,many of the surviving copies are incomplete.There is a punctuated and proofread version that is the most complete,which is included in the Menghe Sijia Yiji.Based on the results of this research,it is possible to revise and supplement the bibliographic information related to Shanghan Shebian and Shanghan Guanshe Xinfa in the current catalog works,and provide detailed version resources for further ancient book sorting and academic research.
