摘　　要：隋代巢元方在《诸病源候论》中详细阐释了腹胀的病因病机,并提出了相应的导引法进行治疗。基于巢元方的理论,结合现代医学研究,编创出一套治疗腹胀的导引功法。导引法能通过调身、调息、调心的“主动康复”,促进气血运行,改善腹胀症状。CHAO Yuanfang of Sui Dynasty elaborated on the etiology and pathogenesis of abdominal distension in his book Zhubing Yuanhou Lun,and proposed corresponding Daoyin therapy for treatment.Based on the theory of CHAO Yuanfang and combined with modern medical research,a set of Daoyin exercises for the treatment of abdominal distension has been developed.The Daoyin therapy can promote the circulation of Qi and blood and improve abdominal distension symptoms through the"active rehabilitation"of regulating the body,breath,and heart.
