摘 要:随着土工离心机向着高速、巨型化方向发展,准确估算内部产热、合理设计外部散热结构成为研制离心机的重要前提。本文基于旋转参考系法(MRF)的CFD流固耦合数值模拟,获得土工离心机稳定运转时内部的流场及温度场分布,同时研究降低空气压强对降低舱内温度的影响。结果表明:风阻功率随气压的降低呈线性下降趋势,且当舱内气压由常压分别降低到10000Pa和2000Pa时,舱内平均温度分别降低了1.7K和4.8K。最后将研究对象扩展于外部冷却散热器结构,建立土工离心机-冷却散热器的耦合换热模型,为准确估算离心机内部温升结果、设计优化外部散热结构提供模拟基础。With the development of geotechnical centrifuge toward high-speed and mega-scale,accurate estimation of internal heat generation and rational design of external heat dissipation structures have become important prerequisites for the development of centrifuges.In this paper,a CFD numerical simulation mode is established based on the rotating reference frame method(MRF).The internal flow field and temperature field distribution of the geotechnical centrifuge during stable operation are explored.The effect of reducing the pressure on reducing the temperature in the chamber is studied.The results show that the wind resistance power decreases linearly with the decrease of air pressure,and when the air pressure in the cabin decreases from normal pressure to 10000Pa and 2000Pa,the average temperature in the cabin decreases by 1.7 K and 4.8 K respectively.Finally,the research object is extended to the external heat dissipation structure,and the coupled heat transfer model of the geotechnical centrifuge and the radiator is established.Providing a simulation basis for accurately estimating the internal temperature rise of the centrifuge and designing and optimizing the external heat dissipation structure.
