广东地区办公楼多联机系统新风方案探讨

摘　　要：本文介绍了多联机空调系统的几种新风方案(常规新风机、热交换新风机组、直膨式新风机组、风冷热泵+组合式新风机组、热泵热回收新风机组等)。同时,以广东地区某办公楼为例,对三种预处理的新风方案系统布置、初投资、运行费用及年运行成本进行了分析,并建议优先采用热泵热回收新风机组,具有较好的推广价值。This paper introduces several fresh air schemes of multi-line air conditioning system(conventional fresh air fan,heat exchange fresh air unit,direct expansion fresh air unit,air-cooled heat pump+combined fresh air unit,heat pump heat recovery fresh air unit,etc.).Meanwhile,taking a certain office building in Guangdong as an example,the system layout,initial investment,operating cost,and annual operating cost of three pre-treatment fresh air schemes were analyzed,and it was suggested to prioritize the use of heat pump heat recovery fresh air units,which has good promotional value.
