摘 要:以‘红阳’猕猴桃为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法,研究了丁香乙醇提取物在不同浓度(3.125、6.250、12.500、25.000 mg·mL^(-1)和50.000 mg·mL^(-1))下对拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)、间座壳菌(Diaporthe sp.)和互隔链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)的抑制作用,以期为‘红阳’猕猴桃软腐病的绿色防治提供参考依据。结果表明:丁香乙醇提取物对这3种病原菌的菌丝生长表现出不同程度的抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高,抑制效果愈加明显。在浓度为25.000 mg·mL^(-1)时,对互隔链格孢菌、间座壳菌和拟茎点霉菌的抑菌率分别为72.20%、71.26%和66.74%。当浓度达50.000 mg·mL^(-1)时,丁香提取物完全抑制这3种病原菌的生长。丁香提取物对间座壳菌、互隔链格孢菌和拟茎点霉菌的EC50值分别为14.74、15.50 mg·mL^(-1)和30.97 mg·mL^(-1)。此外,室内鲜果防治效果表明这3种菌的致病性强弱依次为间座壳菌>拟茎点霉菌>互隔链格孢菌。然而,丁香提取物对这3种菌的防治效果正好相反,其中对互隔链格孢菌的防治效果(88.62%)明显高于拟茎点霉菌(32.54%)和间座壳菌(28.89%)。Taking the‘Hongyang’kiwifruit as the experimental material,the inhibitory effects of the ethanol extract of Syringa vulgaris on Phomopsis sp.,Diaporthe sp.and Alternaria alternata at different concentrations(3.125,6.250,12.500,25.000 mg·mL^(-1) and 50.000 mg·mL^(-1))were studied by the mycelial growth rate method,in order to provide reference for the green control of soft rot disease of‘Hongyang’kiwifruit.The results indicated that higher concentrations of S.aromaticum ethanol extract resulted in more pronounced inhibitory effects on the hyphal growth of these three tested pathogens.At the concentration of the 25.000 mg·mL^(-1) of S.aromaticum ethanol extract,the mycelial growth inhibition rates for A.alternata,Diaporthe sp.,and Phomopsis sp.were 72.20%,71.26%and 66.74%,respectively.When the extract concentration increased to 50.000 mg·mL^(-1),the growth of all three pathogens was completely inhibited.The EC50 values for Diaporthe sp.,A.alternata and Phomopsis sp.were found to be 14.74,15.50 mg·mL^(-1)and 30.97 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.In addition,the results indicated that Diaporthe sp.exhibited the highest pathogenicity,followed by Phomopsis sp.and A.alternata.Notably,the indoor control efficacy of S.aromaticum extracts demonstrated a stronger inhibitory effect on A.alternata(88.62%)compared to Phomopsis sp.(32.54%)and Diaporthe sp.(28.89%),which was contrary to their pathogenicity rankings.
