摘 要:以“陇椒37-94”辣椒为试材,采用双因素完全随机设计,研究了水氮调控下对辣椒在不同生长阶段氮代谢酶活性及产量品质的影响,以期为寒旱区温室辣椒生产合理的水氮运筹提供参考依据。结果表明:采用W2N2的水氮用量处理,辣椒在生长前期、中期与末期的硝酸还原酶(NR)、亚硝酸还原酶(NiR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性最强,植株保持较强生长势与结果力,辣椒的产量最高可达68.33 t·hm^(-2),同时果实品质也显著优于其他处理。合理的水氮管理可以提升辣椒氮代谢酶活性并提高辣椒的产量品质。Taking‘Longjiao 37-94’peppers as the test materials,a two-factor completely randomized design experiment was conducted to study the effects of water and nitrogen regulation on nitrogen metabolism enzyme activities and yield and quality of peppers at different growth stages,in order to provide reference for reasonable water and nitrogen transport in greenhouse peppers production in cold and arid zones.The results showed that with the W2N2 water and nitrogen dosage treatment,the NR,NiR,GS and GOGAT activities were the strongest in the early,middle and late stages of the growth of peppers,and the plants maintained strong growth and fruiting potential,and the yield of peppers could reach up to 68.33 t·hm^(-2),and the quality of fruits was significantly better than that of the other treatments.The reasonable water and nitrogen management could enhance the activity of nitrogen metabolism enzymes and improve the yield and quality of peppers.
