摘  要:以二年生建兰‘东方红荷’(Cymbidium ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’)为试材,采用3因素5水平二次回归通用旋转组合设计的方法,研究了缓释肥(奥绿肥和好康多)、花多多3号、花多多36号耦合对建兰‘东方红荷’生长的影响规律,以期筛选出最优施肥方案,为其标准化施肥管理提供技术支持,为兰花产业轻简高效化栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:1)T9(好康多20粒,花多多3号2.75 g·L^(-1),花多多36号1.90 g·L^(-1))株高长势最好;T5(好康多60粒,花多多3号1.41 g·L^(-1),花多多36号2.85 g·L^(-1))和T9叶数长势最好;T13(好康多和奥绿肥5号各30粒,花多多3号2.75 g·L^(-1),花多多36号0.30 g·L^(-1))叶面积长势最好;T2(奥绿肥5号20粒,花多多3号1.41 g·L^(-1),花多多36号0.95 g·L^(-1))根系参数值最优。2)花多多36号为叶面积的主效应,且为负向作用,低水平(0.30 g·L^(-1))的花多多36号更有利于叶面积的增大。3)缓释肥和花多多3号耦合对叶面积存在显著正效应,适当增施缓释肥和花多多3号有利于叶面积的增大。4)进行主成分综合评价分析,得出二年生建兰‘东方红荷’生长的最佳施肥处理为T2,即缓释肥用量为奥绿肥5号20粒(180 d·次^(-1)),花多多3号1.41 g·L^(-1)(10 d·次^(-1),花多多36号0.95 g·L^(-1)(30 d·次^(-1))。Taking two-year-old C.ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’as the test material,the universal rotating combination design method with 3 factors and 5 levels quadratic regression was adopted.The effects of slow-release fertilizer(Osmocote and Hi-control),Huadoduo No.3 and Huadoduo No.36 on the growth of C.ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’were studied,in order to select the optimal fertilization scheme.This study could provide technical support for standardized fertilization management of C.ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’,and provide reference for light,simple and efficient cultivation of orchid industry.The results showed that,1)T9(20 grains of Hi-control,2.75 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.3,and 1.90 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.36)had the best seedling height growth.T5(60 grains of Hi-control,1.41 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.3,and 2.85 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.36)and T9 had the best leaf number growth.T13(30 grains each of Hi-control and Osmocote,2.75 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.3,and 0.30 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.36)had the best leaf area growth.The root parameter values of T2(20 grains of Osmocote,1.41 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.3,and 0.95 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.36)were the best.2)Huaduoduo No.36 was the main effect of leaf area,and the effect was negative,and low level(0.30 g·L^(-1))Huaduoduo No.36 was more conducive to the increase of leaf area of C.ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’.3)The coupling of slow-release fertilizer and Huaduoduo No.3 had a significant positive effect on the leaf area,and appropriate application of slow-release fertilizer and Huaduoduo No.3 was conducive to the increase of leaf area.4)The principal component comprehensive evaluation analysis showed that the optimal fertilization treatment for the growth of two-year-old C.ensifolium‘Dongfang Honghe’was T2,that was,the slow-release fertilizer dosage was 20 grains of Osmocote No.5(180 days per time),1.41 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.3(10 days per time),and 0.95 g·L^(-1) of Huaduoduo No.36(30 days per time).
