摘　　要：孕前肥胖对围生期并发症及妊娠结局有重大影响。随着我国居民经济状况的改善与生活品质的逐步提升,民众生活方式也发生显著改变,妇女孕前肥胖发生率不断增长。然而,孕前肥胖不但增加了围生期并发症发生的风险,而且与母儿妊娠结局密切相关。为此,本文对孕前肥胖的诊断以及对围生期并发症及妊娠结局影响等方面进行探讨。Pre-pregnancy obesity has a significant impact on perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes.With the improvement of the economic situation and the gradual improvement of the quality of life in China,the lifestyle of the population has also changed significantly,and the incidence of pre-pregnancy obesity in women has been increasing.However,pre-pregnancy obesity not only increases the risk of perinatal complications,but is also closely related to maternal and child pregnancy outcomes.Therefore,this article discusses the diagnosis of pre-pregnancy obesity and its impact on perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes.
