摘　　要：母亲孕期压力对子代具有深远影响,母亲孕期的心理压力不仅会对子代健康产生影响,还会对子代行为产生影响。近年来愈来愈多的研究表明表观遗传因素在母亲孕期压力调控成年子代成长过程中发挥了重要功能。表观遗传是研究没有DNA序列变化,但是可遗传和可逆转的基因组功能的调控。母亲孕期压力诱导产生的过度焦虑、抑郁或其他应激障碍,通过DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、RNA调控机制对子代产生影响,甚至会影响第三代的身心健康。本文试图从母亲孕期压力对子代基因表观修饰的影响进行综述。Maternal stress during pregnancy has a profound impact on offspring.Psychological stress during pregnancy not only affects the health of offspring,but also has an impact on their behavior.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have shown that epigenetic factors play an important role in regulating the growth process of adult offspring during maternal stress during pregnancy.Epigenetics is the study of the regulation of genomic function that is heritable and reversible without DNA sequence changes.Excessive anxiety,depression,or other stress disorders induced by maternal stress during pregnancy can affect offspring through DNA methylation,histone modification,RNA regulation mechanisms,and even affect the physical and mental health of the third generation.This article attempts to review the impact of maternal stress during pregnancy on epigenetic modifications of offspring genes.
