摘  要:由于激光清洗涉及多系统、多参数的复杂工艺过程,导致其人机交互效率低、舒适安全性差,直接影响清洗的质量及稳定性。基于此,提出一种基于粒子群-麻雀算法(PSO-SSA)的激光清洗装备人机界面布局多目标优化方法。根据操作者的认知特性和操作舒适性,构建基于视觉注意力、相关性、简洁性、平衡舒适性和可达域为布局目标的人机界面布局多目标优化模型。提出一种基于粒子群-麻雀算法的混合智能求解算法,将麻雀算法的探索捕食机制引入粒子群算法,解决粒子群算法因局部搜索精度和能力不高易陷入局部最优解的问题。最后,以大型构件激光清洗成套装备的人机界面布局为例,对其进行优化设计,并基于工效学仿真与眼动试验对优化效果进行验证,结果表明:优化后的人机界面布局在舒适性和信息交互效率上均优于原方案,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。Laser cleaning involves complex technological processes with multiple systems and parameters,which leads to low human-machine interaction efficiency,poor comfort and safety,and directly affects the quality and stability of cleaning.Based on this,a multi-objective optimization method for human-machine interface layout of laser cleaning equipment based on particle swarm optimization-sparrow search algorithm(PSO-SSA)is proposed.According to the operator's cognitive characteristics and operational comfort,a multi-objective optimization model of human-machine interface layout is constructed based on visual attention,relevance,simplicity,balance comfort and reachable domain.A hybrid intelligent solution algorithm based on particle swarm optimization-sparrow search algorithm is proposed.The exploration and predation mechanism of the sparrow search algorithm is introduced into the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem that the particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal solution due to the low local search accuracy and ability.Finally,taking the human-machine interface layout of large component laser cleaning equipment as an example,the optimization design is carried out,and the optimization effect is verified based on ergonomic simulation and eye movement experiment.The results show that the optimized human-machine interface layout is better than the original scheme in comfort and information interaction efficiency,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
