摘  要:研究了不同双重退火工艺参数下,TC18合金准β锻锻件组织和性能的变化规律。结果表明,随着一次退火高温段温度的升高,层片状α相发生分离,促使了层片状α相的球化,锻件塑性略有降低;随着一次退火高温(830℃)降至低温(750℃)降温时间的缩短,锻件的强度增加,塑性和断裂韧度降低;随着一次退火中温阶段温度的升高,未转变β组织及弥散分布的次生α相的数量增加,锻件强度上升,断裂韧度和塑性下降;次生α相的形貌与数量与二次退火温度相关,随着二次退火温度的升高,次生α相聚集长大,弥散程度下降,锻件的强度下降,断裂韧度和塑性上升。Effect of double annealing process on microstructure and mechanical properties of the TC18 alloy quasi-βforged piece was investigated.The results show that with the increase of first annealing high-stage temperature,lamellarαphases separate and spheroidize,the plasticity decreases slightly.With the decrease of cooling time from high-stage temperature(830℃)to middle-stage temperature(750℃)and with the increase of first annealing middle-stage temperature,the strength increases but the plasticity and the fracture toughness decrease.With the increase of first annealing middle-stage temperature,the quantity of untransformedβmicrostructure and dispersed secondaryαphases increases.The second annealing temperature has a great effect on the morphology and content of the secondaryαphases.With the increase of second annealing temperature,the secondaryαphases aggregate and grow,and its dispersion degree decreases,the strength of the forging decreases,while the plasticity and fracture toughness increase.
