摘　　要：目的探讨负性情绪对颈肩痛(NSP)患者自评疼痛及睡眠质量的影响及相关性。方法选取2023年4月~2023年10月在吉林省某三级甲等医院住院的370例NSP患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、疼痛程度数字评定量表(NRS)、综合医院焦虑抑郁情绪测量表(HADS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行问卷调查,采用单因素分析及多元线性回归法分析NSP患者睡眠质量的影响因素。结果不同性别、年龄、月收入、居住地的NSP患者的PSQI评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,NSP患者疼痛、焦虑、抑郁与睡眠质量均呈正相关(r=0.870、0.825、0.824,P<0.001)。多元线性回归结果显示,性别、年龄、疼痛、焦虑、抑郁是睡眠质量的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论NSP患者睡眠质量与性别、年龄、疼痛、焦虑、抑郁有关,应重点关注年龄较大、女性和心理状态不佳的患者,提供更多个性化的需求支持和心理疏导,以改善其睡眠质量。Objective To explore the effect and correlation of negative emotions on self-rated pain and sleep quality in patients with neck and shoulder pain(NSP).Methods A total of 370 NSP patients hospitalized in a grade-Ⅲhospital in Jilin Province from April 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)of pain,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to for questionnaire survey.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality in patients with NSP.Results Comparison of PSQI scores among NSP patients of different genders,ages,monthly incomes,and residence were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that pain,anxiety and depression in NSP patients were positively correlated with sleep quality(r=0.870,0.825,0.824,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression showed that gender,age,pain,anxiety and depression were the independent influencing factors of sleep quality(P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of NSP patients is related to gender,age,pain,anxiety and depression.The elderly,female and poor mental state patients should be paid more attention to,and more personalized demand support and psychological counseling should be provided to improve their sleep quality.
