摘  要:在混凝土中掺入共聚甲醛(POM)纤维,通过设计C25~C50强度等级的普通混凝土和POM纤维混凝土,研究POM纤维对不同强度等级混凝土拌合物性能、抗冲磨强度、抗渗性能、抗冻融性能、抗压强度的影响。结果表明:掺入POM纤维几乎不影响混凝土的拌合物性能;掺入POM纤维能有效提高混凝土的抗冲磨强度,C50混凝土的增量比最大,为142.5%;掺入POM纤维不影响混凝土的抗渗等级,但平均透水高度增大;200次冻融循环后,POM纤维混凝土质量损失得到明显改善,掺入POM纤维能提高混凝土的韧性和抗裂性,能有效减缓混凝土的冻胀损伤;掺入POM纤维能提高混凝土的抗压强度,对C40混凝土的影响最明显,7、28 d抗压强度较普通混凝土分别提高8%、10%。Incorporating polyoxymethylene(POM)fibers into concrete,by designing ordinary concrete and POM fiber concrete with strength grades of C25 to C50,the study investigates the impact of POM fibers on the mixing properties,impact resistance,permeability resistance,freeze-thaw resistance,and compressive strength of concrete with different strength grades.The results indicate that the incorporation of POM fibers has negligible impact on the workability of the concrete mix.The addition of POM fibers significantly enhances the abrasion resistance of concrete,with the highest increase observed in C50 concrete,reaching 142.5%.The inclusion of POM fibers does not affect the permeability grade of concrete,but it does increase the average height of water penetration.After 200 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss of POM fiber-reinforced concrete specimens is notably improved,indicating that POM fibers can enhance the toughness and crack resistance of concrete,effectively mitigating the damage caused by freeze expansion.Incorporating POM fibers can enhance the compressive strength of concrete,with the most significant effect observed in C40 concrete,where the 7,28 d compressive strengths are increased by 8%,10%,respectively,compared to ordinary concrete.
